By purchasing a Holiday Card through VIP Travel Club you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:
The VIP Travel Club Membership Card provides the owner/user with the benefits during the time the membership is valid.
VIP Travel Club Membership Card is purchased over the phone with your credit Card. VIP Travel Club Membership Card/Membership Number is valid for 12 Months from the time of purchase. To access the benefits of VIP Travel Club you log in using your valid Membership Number and password. VIP Travel Club sells a discount membership card which can be used to obtain accommodation/services discounts supplied by to VIP Travel Club. VIP Travel Club are not responsible for booking accommodation/services as all accommodation/services bookings are booked via our affiliate booking services and must be booked directly with them via VIP Travel Club website to receive your discounted price. The sites that are displayed on VIP Travel Club website are affiliates and are established and developed by people over whom VIP Travel Club has no control. You will need to check their Policy’s before using. VIP Travel Club does not accept any responsibility for, nor does it give any warranties to the availability of accommodation/services accessed via our website. The Customer will be required to provide a credit card at the time purchasing accommodation/services. VIP Travel Club makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, VIP Travel Club cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults. VIP Travel Club does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time. VIP Travel Club makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any property or package advertised on its website. VIP Travel Club offers are not commissionable to registered travel agents. These terms do not affect consumers' statutory rights.
If a member requests a refund for whatever reason within 7 days from the time of purchase their membership card, we guarantee a complete refund less handling fee of $15 providing that,
(a) Your Membership has not been used in any way during the period of your membership from the date of purchase,
(b) We receive your membership card and all info that was sent with your membership card back from you the member prior to issuing a refund.
