When you purchase membership you will receive your personalised wallet-size membership card that gives you access to discounts on accommodation, dining, car hire and also access to other services and benefits.

How long is my membership card valid for?

Your membership card is valid for 12 months.

How long does it take to receive my membership card?

It only takes around 7 to 10 working days for you to receive your membership card. We use Australian Postal services therefore delivery time may differ from state to state.

Can my Family use my membership card?

Yes your Membership is Fully Transferable.

How do I make my bookings?

You just log in with you membership number and you do all your booking through VIP Travel Club website. This way you can book 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week.

Can I book during school holidays and peak times?

Yes you can use your membership all year round.
But like all places it will be subject to availability. Most times you can get instant confirmation.

How do I cancel my bookings?

Should you wish to amend or cancel your existing booking, because VIP Travel Club partners with other affiliate partners you need to read the terms and conditions when making your bookings. Please note: an amendment or cancellation fee will apply.
